Nutrition, what is it, and why is it important? Nutrition is defined as the process of providing or obtaining the food necessary for health and growth.
The training was held in Rangwe sub-county Kamagawi village in front of a homestead from 2:00 pm. The target group for this meeting was community members, and the main agenda was sensitization on COVID-19 and upscaling of the nutrition status for the community members.
When a pandemic strikes a nation, it is bound to affect everyone in different ways. Sadly, low-income earners are being affected the most. Since Kenya announced the first COVID-19 case, the state of the country has not been the same.

There has been a lot of discussion surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic and its effect on the nation. On 12th March 2020, Kenya confirmed the first case since the beginning of the outbreak in China in December 2019.
