OAY works with expert and youth volunteers while investing in them to ensure that the team has the right talent, skills and competence. As a youth organization, we do not have to have the experienced staff but will build their capacity as the most critical resource in the organization. Also, OAY gives platforms to its past volunteers / staff and non-youth experts who may want to offer some support.
